HR for HR is currently seeking HR professionals who want to share their expertise, vision, and/or experience and contribute to the community. This is your opportunity to help others and advance the integrative HR profession. Professionals across all HR disciplines are encouraged to participate. And there are so many ways to contribute!

Below are a few ideas—or pitch your own! The vision is to continue to build this community together, add value for members, and find strength in community.

Suggest a new group 

Is there a missing group? Let us know! Share your thoughts with our steering committee by posting in the Introductions group.

Become a community steward

Ideally, there'd be multiple community stewards featured within each group. Community Stewards serve as moderators to help point folks to resources and share tips and insights. So, if you're passionate about a topic, and you're willing to log in once or twice weekly to ensure there aren't any hanging questions, please let us know. :)

Get featured in a "Member Spotlight"!

There are some fabulous stories out there! For member spotlights, we tend to structure them this way (but there are no hard rules!):

  • Introduction
  • What led you into HR  
  • Hopes for the HR for HR community
  • Conversation starter (a question you'd like to pose to the community)

Welcome new members

Give a warm welcome to new members in the Introductions group.

Write an article

  • Share your expertise or talk about an experience. 
  • Provide a post-event/webinar write up of your key takeaways.
  • Give your take on a hot topic or news article.
